So, this is the final version of the enviro sketches I uploaded a couple of weeks ago (found here). I went with the idea of faeries being born from the pods/eggs to give a contrast of beauty coming from something ugly.
All told, this took around 20hrs of work in Photoshop CS3.

ReplyDeleteMan, this is really magical. your art has gotten amazing. I'm sorry I never comment on deviantart(this is hiroglycerin!!) I haven't painted since I moved(lol, I'm saying this as if we've talked/and you know about that!) But anyway, focus back on this piece. Gotta say, this is gonna be my new screensaver. I miss ya!
