Odysseus and the Cyclops

As much of a Sci-Fi fan that I am, I have always loved the story of Odysseus (sometimes referred to as Ulysses). Homer's Odyssey is a great read and has so many themes and elements that are still being explored in today's movies, games and novels.

This is a classic 'David and Goliath' scenario where the hero is up against insurmountable odds but still, because he is the hero he stands his ground.

The Cyclops is a little larger than what he is written to be but that's my artistic license trying to create even more of a sense of impending doom. :)
